• 
  Manage full-set accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end/year-end closing.
• 
  Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• 
  Reconcile bank statements, monitor cash flow, and ensure accuracy in treasury management.
• 
  Maintain fixed asset registers and perform depreciation accounting.
• 
  Prepare and submit tax filings, including SST and WHT tax.
• 
  Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., MFRS/IFRS).
• 
  Implement and manage e-invoicing systems in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• 
  Monitor e-invoicing submissions to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• 
  Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders for audits and assessments.

Requirements

• 
  At least 5 years in accounting and administration roles, preferably having experience in entertainment/event management/music companies etc.
• 
  Proficiency in e-invoicing systems and understanding of e-invoicing regulations.
• 
  Proficient in full-set accounting and financial reporting standards.
• 
  Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, or AutoCount) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• 
  Knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations, compliance requirements, and e-invoicing frameworks.
• 
  Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• 
  Familiarity with international transactions and cross-border financial processes.
• 
  Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
