Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve the company's financial goals
Manage and monitor the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
Manage the company's cash flow and investments
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve the company's financial performance

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
CPA or CFA certification is preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
