As we build DeepIP, we are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join us in Paris.
We are looking for a Finance Manager to act as the right hand to the Head of Finance and help build and structure DeepIP’s finance function. Working closely with the Head of Finance and the Finance Assistant, you will have a direct and visible impact on the company’s performance, organization, and financial processes.
This is a high-exposure role at the heart of a strong growth phase, offering the opportunity to shape tools, processes, and financial governance in an international environment across DeepIP’s Paris and New York offices.
1) Accounting & Compliance
Manage relationships with accounting firms in France and the US (monthly and annual closings) and with auditors in France (annual audit).
Ensure the quality, reliability, and consistency of financial data (bookkeeping, reconciliations, controls).
Contribute to day-to-day operational management (supervision of customer and supplier invoices, bank payments, payroll validation, etc.).
2) FP&A / Performance Management
Maintain and improve monthly reporting (P&L, cash monitoring, KPIs).
Contribute to investor reporting, quarterly Board reports, and materials for monthly staff seminars.
Support ad hoc analyses: pricing, unit economics, ROI, cost structure, etc.
3) Budget & Business Plan
Lead budgeting and reforecasting cycles and analyze quarterly variances (actual vs. budget).
Contribute to building the company’s budget and business plan.
4) Process Improvement & Tool Implementation
Contribute to implementing an effective finance stack (billing tools, MRR and KPI tracking, etc.).
Proactively suggest ways to simplify, standardize, and strengthen finance practices.
5) Strategic Topics & Ad Hoc Tasks
Support equity and debt fundraising processes.
Support ad hoc projects in collaboration with the CEO.
Ensure proper organization and maintenance of financial and legal data rooms.
3–5+ years of experience in audit, controlling, FP&A, or strategic finance roles.
Strong rigor and attention to detail.
Solid understanding of accounting and FP&A processes.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with finance tools (e.g., Xero, Spendesk) is a plus.
Bilingual in English and French is mandatory.
Enthusiasm for AI, tech, and innovation.
Competitive base salary: €60,000 – €75,000, depending on experience.
