About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on, execution-oriented Finance Manager to build and manage the company core financial functions. You will oversee daily operations while implementing systems that support our growth. This role is ideal for a finance professional who can operate across accounting, cash flow, inventory finance, and monthly reporting and who is eager to scale with the company.

Responsibilities

Finance Setup & Strategic Planning

• Design and implement finance operations and reporting systems from scratch
• Build short- and long-term financial models aligned with our R&D, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy
• Translate lab-to-market business logic into clear financial forecasts
• Own budgeting, cash flow management, scenario planning, and financial health indicators

Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals.
• Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support business planning and investment decisions.
• Conduct variance analysis, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Monitor and analyze key financial metrics to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
• Present financial reports and insights to senior management and shareholders, translating complex data into strategic recommendations.

Investor & Stakeholder Reporting

• Prepare dashboards and reports for current and future investors
• Lead monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Support future fundraising by developing pitch deck financials, data rooms, and due diligence materials

Stock Planning & Supply Chain Finance

• Work with product, warehouse, and supply chain teams to align inventory levels with demand planning
• Monitor COGS, margins, and supply chain risks; implement cost control initiatives
• Optimize working capital and cash tied up in stock, R&D, and warehousing

Compliance & Operational Finance

• Ensure accurate bookkeeping, tax compliance, and financial governance
• Partner with external accountants or auditors on regulatory filings
• Oversee POS updates, reimbursements, payroll, and cost tracking processes

Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Manage (or help hire) a small finance or accounting support team as we grow
• Work closely with R&D, marketing, supply chain, and brand to align on company-wide financial goals
• Support SOP creation for purchasing, procurement, payroll, and more

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a finance role
• Experience in a consumer product, skincare, cosmetics, healthcare, or wellness startup
• Prior work in early-stage or research-led companies is a major plus
• Strong in financial modelling, investor presentations, and operational finance

Language Proficiency

• Native Thai
• Full Working Proficient English
