Role: Finance Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: upto AED 18,000 (Negotiable - Subject to experience)

Experience: Minimum 7+ Years

Certification : CA

Notice: Upto 30 Days

Qualification & experiences

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5-7 years experience of handling Group

Consolidation, Budgeting & Forecasting, Group Reporting and Tax Compliances.

2. Strong grasp of finance, accounts and with a good experience in financial accounting.

3. Experience in a fast growing start up environment with knowledge on IFRS.

4. Hands-on experience with implementation and optimization of an ERP system, SAP is

a plus.

5. Travel is required for this role to Mine locations on need basis.

6. Working experience in Mining industry will be helpful.

7. Demonstrates excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.

Key Performance areas

1. Preparation of Group Consolidated Financials and Board Packs on Monthly basis

2. Ensuring smooth & timely completion of Statutory audits for group as a whole: From

finalizing the commercials to sign off the financials.

3. Driving Multi country FP & A- Annual Business annual plan, Rolling Fcst and Budget vs

Actual.

4. Ensuring compliance, risk management with implementation, monitoring and

effectiveness of Internal Controls for all the regions.

5. Cash flow and working capital management

6. Lead Countrys Tax planning & tax optimizing strategies and establish global Transfer

pricing rules.

7. Reporting Key performance matrix dashboard financial and non-financial for the

organization.

8. Implementation of the Erp System.
