The Finance Lead, Korea is the primary finance lead for Church & Dwight’s Korea entity, with responsibility for statutory accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, and commercial finance support. This role oversees close, compliance, and outsourced service providers, while partnering with the business on P&L management, planning, forecasting, and decision support for the Korea Direct operation.
Key Responsibilities
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close; ensure accurate P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting.
Review statutory financial statements and ensure compliance with Korean GAAP and corporate policies.
Be main point of contact with outsourced accounting, tax, and payroll providers
Own Korea P&L reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Provide financial analysis and insights on gross margin, SG&A, and key business drivers for Korea Direct Business
Partner with commercial teams to support pricing, promotions, new launches, and investment decisions.
Support cash flow, working capital, SOX, audits, and internal controls.
Partner with APAC, Corporate Finance, and local Korea stakeholders.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
>5 years of experience across accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
Proven commercial finance/business partnering experience.
Multinational or consumer/FMCG experience preferred.
Key Skills
Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills.
Experience with outsourced service models.
Advanced Excel; Oracle, ERP experience preferred.
Fluent English and Korean preferred
