Backed by global investors like Y Combinator, we serve thousands of businesses and are rapidly scaling our Virtual Accountant (VA) product, which delivers end-to-end finance operations.

We are looking for a B.Com Finance graduate (2025 or 2026 batch) to join our Virtual Accountant (VA) execution team as a Finance Intern. You will take on technical, judgment-heavy accounting and tax work under a structured two-tier review process, supported by SOPs, and using our AI Accountant product as part of your day-to-day.

Where You Can Create Impact:

• Own bookkeeping and monthly close — purchase, sales, banking, cash, and journals on Tally and Zoho
• Handle reconciliations — bank, vendors, customers, and GST ITC vs. purchase register
• Prepare and file GST returns — GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, under senior review
• Support TDS compliance — workings, deductions, payments, and returns, under senior review
• Compute advance tax periodically for your client portfolio
• Prepare supporting workings for annual income-tax filings, under senior review
• Learn and apply AI in delivery — the AI Accountant product and AI workflows, from week one
• Track work in JIRA — pick up tasks, update status, flag blockers, with senior review before sign-off

Requirements

Requirements for the Role

Must Have

• BCom Finance graduate (2025 or 2026 batch), comfortable with the accounting fundamentals learned in college
• Hands-on with Tally and Zoho — the systems our clients use today
• Working knowledge of GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS, and income-tax basics
• Solid in MS Excel — formulas, reconciliations, structuring data; can clean a messy ledger
• Comfortable working full-time on-site in Bengaluru
• Above all, an attention to detail and accuracy mindset — plus genuine eagerness to use AI tools day-to-day (this is not a traditional CA firm)

Good to Have

• Practical exposure to the GST and TDS portals — not just theory
