Finance Intern (Prácticas)

Location: Office based, Madrid

Schedule: Full time internship, 37.5 hours per week

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Internship agreement: Candidates must be eligible to sign a Convenio de Prácticas with their university or educational institution.

The Role

We are looking for a Finance Intern (Prácticas) to join our Finance team and support the day to day accounting operations of the business.

This is a full time internship based in our Madrid office, with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

To be considered, you must be able to sign a Convenio de Prácticas with your university or educational institution for the duration of the internship.

This is an entry level opportunity designed for someone who wants to gain practical experience in Finance and Accounting. No previous professional experience is required, as full training and support will be provided internally.

You will gain hands on exposure to accounts payable, reconciliations, expense processing, and recurring accounting activities across an international organization.

Responsibilities

1. Record and book incoming invoices in Accounts Payable across our different entities.
2. Support bank and credit card reconciliations.
3. Process employee expenses in accordance with company policies.
4. Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
5. Assist with recurring accounting activities and other Finance team tasks when needed.

Requirements

Must Have

• Ability to sign a Convenio de Prácticas with your university or educational institution.
• Full time availability for 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Availability to work on site from our Madrid office.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, particularly Excel, and learning new software tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.

Nice to Have

• Spanish or another European language.
• Academic background or interest in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Interest in technology, digital advertising, or fast growing international businesses.

No previous work experience is required. Full training will be provided internally.
