Prague | SSC - ABS | 20 hours/week | Project-based, approx. 6 months

Are you looking to kick-start your finance career in an international environment? We are seeking a motivated Junior R2R Accountant (part-time) to join our dynamic finance team in Prague, supporting GL activities within the Romanian cluster

Purpose of the role:

The purpose of this role is to support the Order-to-Cash (OTC) data migration and transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring that customer master data, open items, and transactional data are complete, accurate, and properly reconciled. The role contributes to a smooth transition and helps maintain accurate customer account balances and business continuity throughout the migration.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the review and validation of Customer master data, migrated customer open items, and OTC transactional data in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Assist with the reconciliation of the Customer GL Ledger with the corresponding subledger, identifying and investigating discrepancies.
  • Perform manual creation or posting of OTC-related transactions in SAP S/4HANA where records cannot be transferred through standard migration processes.
  • Support data reconciliation and issue tracking during the transition period.
  • Document discrepancies and follow up on identified issues to support their timely resolution.
  • Help ensure accurate customer account balances and business continuity throughout the migration process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting or related
  • 0-2 years of experience in finance.
  • Fluency in English
  • Excel skills are required
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week.
  • SAP is an advantage
