Job Description

• Assist in processing payment requests through Peakflo and preparing payment transactions via BCA banking systems.
• Monitor invoices, corporate credit card usage, cash advances, and interdepartmental payments, including partner BPU payments.
• Support payment confirmations, document verification, reconciliation, and month-end closing in coordination with Finance, Accounting, and HR Operations teams.
• Assist with client invoice collection, follow-ups, and physical invoice administration and delivery.

Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Must be based in Jakarta and willing to work in a hybrid environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with financial systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in handling financial data and documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, and time management skills.
