About You and this Role
The Finance Intern will report to the Global Accounts Administrative Project Manager in Recife and will work closely with the North America team and/or the EMEA team to execute administrative accounting tasks. Key Objectives
Accounts Receivable (AR) - Issue sales invoices, process customer payments, and connect with customers and work closely with Sales/Sales Operations to facilitate timely collections.
Account Payable (AP) - Process vendor invoices, vendor payments, and log entries in the accounting system. Assist the team with managing cash flows.
Local sales/use/VAT tax filings.
Ad hoc administrative support (eg., AP/AR reports, sales/use tax filings, manage customers' vendor/payment portals).
Maintain Finance Confluence page.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in progress (Business Administration, Accounting or related fields)
Detail orientation and excellent organizational skills
Excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong team player who is very comfortable working as part of a team and working with professionals in different locations
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Advanced in English required
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel.
Availability to work as an intern for 02 years
Availability to work for 6 hours a day
