Job responsibilities:
• Billing Operations: Generate and send invoices, credit notes, and statements to clients accurately and on schedule.
• Tracking of receipts: Monitor accounts for outstanding payments, and reconcile, track, or resolve payment discrepancies.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.
• Payment Operations: Verify invoice from delivery order, service report, etc and input it into systems and ensure the accuracy of posting.
• Support: Assist with ad hoc activities and special projects assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
• Education: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to handle different departments.
