Finance intern

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance within a global organization? We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and proactive Finance Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who are eager to develop their financial and analytical skills while collaborating with experienced finance professionals.

We are seeking a candidate who is available to work 30-40 hours per week. The internship is offered under a 6-month contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie), starting on October 1st, 2026.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in preparing month end process, balance sheet recs and financial reports
• Support the finance team in daily operations, including data entry, account reconciliation, and invoice processing.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Support with Intercompany process and reconciliations
• Assist in the inventory reconciliations and account reconciliations
• Research and analyze financial data to support decision-making processes.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the finance team.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and multitasking.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
