Role Purpose:

Provide daily support to the project IRO-Go Lean focused on optimize time and SLA for IRO case resolution

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the optimization of IRO case resolution time and SLA adherence.

  • Assist with case codification to ensure proper documentation and categorization.

  • Perform account reconciliation activities related to AP and Finance processes.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives under the Go Lean methodology.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand ERP workflows and IRO procedures.

  • Provide support in preparing reports, Excel analyses, and presentations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, , Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
