Incorporated in 2010 in Singapore, we’ve since grown from a humble online startup into a multi-channel business with over 20 stores and counting across Asia and a thriving online presence.

Main Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of receivables from our marketplace, ensure that it tallies and follow up for outstanding matters/discrepancies
• Assisting in invoice processing and reconciliation
• Assisting to prepare schedules for month end closing
• Updating of cash flow and bank balances
• Assist in other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Availability for at least 6 months
• High attention to detail, logical and analytical
• Basic Excel skills
• A genuine curiosity to know how things work and how to make them better
• Enjoy learning new things and pick them up quickly
