6-months internship starting in April/May 2026

Your tasks:

Based in Milan, you will support the Finance team in monitoring business performance and contributing to financial planning and analysis activities.

  • Financial Planning: support the Finance team in the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for Italy
  • Performance Analysis: contribute to monitoring financial performance by analyzing key metrics such as revenue, cost of sales, and major expense items
  • Business Partnering: collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Revenue Management, Trade Marketing, and Demand Planning) to collect and validate data supporting financial analysis
  • Reporting & Insights: assist in the preparation of financial reports and management presentations, supporting variance analysis between actual results, budgets, and forecasts

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Education: Final-year student or recent graduate in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Languages: Fluent in Italian and English
  • Experience: Previous internships or academic experience in finance, data analysis, or business analysis are considered a plus
  • Soft Skills: We are looking for proactive and analytical individuals with strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
