Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Facilitate Financing Options: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and present tailored financing plans.
• Credit Management: Analyze credit applications and liaise with a network of lenders to secure competitive financing solutions.
• Sales of Add-Ons: Offer valuable products such as extended warranties, insurance, and vehicle protection packages that enhance the ownership experience.
• Transaction Completion: Oversee the preparation and execution of all financing and insurance-related paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
• Customer Relationships: Deliver exceptional service that builds trust and supports strong customer satisfaction.
• Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in sales and financial transactions, with previous automotive experience considered a strong asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• A track record of success in sales and achieving performance targets.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
