You will join our Finance team, working at the intersection of Finance, IT, and business operations. As Finance Information Systems Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our Finance applications, ensuring they are reliable, efficient, and aligned with business needs. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the firm to drive process optimization, digital transformation, and data-driven decision making.

How you'll contribute to our success

• Act as the key business owner for Finance systems (SAP ECC / S/4HANA and related applications), ensuring reliability, availability, and performance.
• Manage Finance master data governance and ensure data integrity, including coordination of system maintenance, upgrades, testing, and releases.
• Analyze Finance business processes, identify opportunities for automation and optimization, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Lead or coordinate Finance workstreams in ERP and Finance system projects, including change management, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end‑user training.
• Ensure high-quality financial data, support dashboards and BI solutions, and promote best practices in Finance process standardization and system governance.

Your skills

Must have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Finance Information Systems, ERP support, Finance applications, or Finance transformation.
• Solid experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO), with a strong understanding of Finance business processes, master data, and system integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders; fluent in French and English.

Nice to have

• Experience in implementing, migrating, or enhancing ERP and Finance systems, including involvement in digital transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to BI and reporting tools, dashboards, and data governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of additional Finance applications and/or additional languages.
