
The two-year Graduate Program provides recent graduates with hands-on experience across a wide range of front, middle, and back-office functions, contributing to projects that support operations, financial activities, client engagement, and regulatory responsibilities. Depending on placement, participants may assist with audits, reporting, compliance, financial transactions, client onboarding, technology, risk management, trade execution, prime brokerage, and client services. In addition to practical experience, the program emphasizes professional development, offering exposure to industry practices, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration alongside experienced professionals.
Graduates are expected to start no later than September 2026.

The Financial Planning and Analysis Department at Marex plays a critical role in supporting the firm’s capital markets activities by providing financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis across the organization. As part of a centralized Finance function, the team partners closely with business leaders and support functions to deliver meaningful financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and enhance financial transparency. This department not only provides oversight and analysis of business performance but also establishes the minimum required standards for financial planning, reporting, and data governance, reinforcing Marex’s commitment to transparency, consistency, and operational excellence throughout its global footprint.
Purpose of Role
The Finance – Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery of financial reporting, planning, and analysis activities across the firm. This role will focus on monthly close processes, recurring and ad hoc reporting, financial model development and enhancement, and analysis of the key drivers impacting financial performance, while providing additional capacity to the team and enabling senior members to focus on strategic analysis and stakeholder engagement.

By delivering reliable reporting, leveraging data analytics, and supporting financial planning processes, the FP&A team helps the business understand performance trends and make informed strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:
Substantiate and reconcile relevant balance sheet accounts, ensuring Group revenue and associated costs are accurately reflected.

Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field required.

• Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python) for data analysis, scripting, and automation is preferred.
• Familiarity with database querying languages (e.g., SQL) and data manipulation is a plus.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship, including, but not limited to, F-1, J-1, and M-1 visa holders, as well as individuals on CPT or OPT.
