Job Title: Finance Expert - Procurement

Location Barcelona, Spain

As a Finance Expert - Procurement, you will drive end-to-end procurement finance performance by analyzing, modelling and reporting spend, savings and cost drivers. Partnering closely with Procurement, Finance and BU Operations, you will deliver insights that enhance cost efficiency, optimize working capital and strengthen financial governance. You will support analysis and reporting on COGS and Spend, support budgeting and forecasting, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial outputs. Operating in a fast-paced, multinational environment, you will combine strong analytics, systems expertise (SAP, Anaplan, PowerBI) and stakeholder engagement to influence strategic decisions and deliver measurable value through savings and continuous process improvement.

Your key responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor procurement financial performance (COGS & Spend PPV, savings, working capital impact)
• Deliver accurate, timely monthly/quarterly reporting with variance, trends and actionable insights for senior management
• Partner with Procurement, Finance and BU Operations to validate savings and drive financial governance and consensus
• Maintain and enhance Anaplan (spend uploads, FX updates, taxonomy, MOH)
• Manage supplier rebate processes end-to-end (accruals, validation, monitoring through payment)
• Support budgeting, forecasting and ad-hoc decision analysis, while driving process improvements (cycle time, error reduction)

You bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Economics
• 5+ years of experience in finance, cost management or analytics, ideally in a multinational manufacturing environment
• Strong financial acumen: analytical modelling, variance/driver analysis, forecasting and budgeting
• Advanced technical skills: Excel (pivot tables, modelling), SAP, Anaplan; PowerPoint; BI/Power BI advantageous
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving, accountability, integrity, and excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Curious by nature, asking questions and continuously seeking to learn and grow
