In the Finance Executive role, you’d be responsible for tracking and restoring accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies. You will be recording daily financial transactions in the accounting system accurately and timely. You don’t need to be an expert or know everything about our industry (even we don’t!). But the work is challenging, fast paced, and always on the bleeding edge. So, we’re looking for someone with a curious mind, a strong drive to make things happen, and a passion to keep improving yourself. To top it off, we welcome fresh graduates who are switched on and really ready to make their first step into the industry a good one.
What you will do:

• Assist in handling Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) functions

• Process vendor invoices and staff claims accurately and in a timely manner

• Prepare customer invoices and support collection follow-ups

• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

• Prepare journal entries including accruals, prepayments, and adjustments

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

• Prepare and maintain balance sheet schedules

• Perform monthly account reconciliations under supervision

• Ensure supporting documents are properly filed and organized

• Assist in investigating account variances when required

• Support audit preparation by compiling schedules and relevant documentation

• Assist with SST/VAT and statutory reporting where applicable

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers when required

• Maintain finance trackers and internal documentation

• Support ERP system usage (e.g. NetSuite or similar systems)

• Contribute to improving finance processes and workflow efficiency

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals may be considered)

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and full-set accounting exposure

• Familiar with AP, AR, and GL processes

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organization skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Self-motivated and a team player

Good to have:

• Experience in a tech, SaaS, or startup environment

• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems

• Currently pursuing ACCA / ICAEW / CPA
