You have the opportunity to join our team as a Finance Executive Assistant in Punto Polanco, Ciudad de México.

The Finance Executive Assistant position will be responsible for provide basic operational and analytical support within the function. Execute routine activities with guidance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

Activities:

• Perform day-to-day transactional and operational tasks

• Support the preparation of reports and analysis.

• Follow established procedures, policies, and internal controls.

• Assist in month-end or periodic processes.

• Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues.

• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and deliverables.

• Maintain data accuracy in systems (e.g., SAP or other tools).

• Participate in process documentation and improvements.

Impact/Scope:

• Limited to specific tasks or sub-processes.

• Impact is primarily at a local or team level.

• Works under supervision with clearly defined guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed (Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field)

• 0–2 years of relevant experience

• Internship experience preferred

• Advance english

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of the functional area

• Familiarity with Excel and Microsoft Office

• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred but not required)

Behavioral Skills

• Basic communication skills
