Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Issuance of invoices in accordance to billing requests.
• Process and apply customer payments through multiple payment methods.
• Reconcile bank receipts with online transactions and investigate discrepancies.
• Verification of system generated invoices in relation of manual request and perform all necessary adjustment (if required).
• Completeness of month end billing processes.
• Posting of Journal Entries.
• Dispute resolution with relevant stakeholders and customers.
• Involvement during BRM upgrade such as testing and ensuring data correctness.
• To assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office in particular strong in Exceland experience in SAP B1 is an added advantage.
• Must have a positive attitude, able to communicate clearly, meticulous, analyticaland able to work under pressure.
