• 9 months (Maternity Cover)
• Salary: up to $4000 with benefits
• 5 days work week, 9am to 6pm

This role plays a critical part in supporting monthly reporting, profitability analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting activities, ensuring that business strategies and financial objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly reporting, forecasting, and profitability analysis for various liner services.
• Manage deployment plans and evaluate revenue, costs, and profitability of services.
• Support the annual budgeting exercise, including variance analysis and yield/KPIs tracking.
• Work closely with trade teams to identify and improve yield/KPIs, ensuring the achievement of set goals.
• Conduct variance analysis between proforma and budget results, identifying and investigating reasons for discrepancies.
• Participate in system improvements and enhancement projects as required.
• Undertake any other related initiatives or tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in financial analysis, system automation, and process improvements.
• Expertise in forecasting and monthly reporting.
• Prior experience in container shipping is highly preferred.
