Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and
knowledgeable
Finance Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for managing and ensuring compliance with various tax
regulations, including
GST
,
TDS
, and
Internal Audit
. Candidate
will be required to maintain accurate records, prepare filings, and handle
statutory compliance effectively and on time, ensuring that the company adheres
to all legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Goods and Services Tax (GST) Compliance
:

·
GST Registration & Filing: Ensure that the company is correctly
registered under GST and responsible for filing monthly/quarterly GST returns
(GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).

·
GST Documentation: Review and verify GST invoices, manage input tax
credits (ITC), and ensure compliance with GST regulations.

·
GST Reconciliation: Reconcile GST returns with the books of accounts and
resolve discrepancies, if any.

·
GST Audits: Assist in preparing for and managing GST audits by tax
authorities.

Tax Deducted at Source (TDS):

·
TDS Calculation & Deduction: Calculate and deduct TDS on various
payments (e.g., salary, contractor payments, professional fees, etc.) as per
applicable rates.

·
TDS Returns: Ensure timely and accurate filing of TDS returns (Form 24Q,
26Q, etc.) and issuance of TDS certificates (Form 16, 16A) to employees and
vendors.

TDS Reconciliation: Reconcile TDS deducted with the tax deposited and
coordinate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies.

·
TDS Compliance: Ensure compliance with TDS regulations, including timely
payment of TDS and proper documentation.

Requirements

Educational
Qualifications:

• 
  B. Com, M.com, MBA Finance, or Accounting.
• 
  Professional certifications like CA Inter, ICWA
  Inter, or CMA will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• 
  0-3 years of relevant experience in taxation,
  specifically in GST, TDS.
• 
  Experience working with accounting software and
  GST portals.

Knowledge and Skills:

• 
  Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other
  statutory compliance requirements.
• 
  Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, etc.).
• 
  Knowledge of the latest tax amendments and the
  ability to stay updated on compliance regulations
• 
  Strong
  knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
• 
  Ability
  to work independently and meet strict deadlines
  .
