Finance Executive

We are looking for a Finance Executive to join our dynamic Finance team. You will be working in our Singapore office, located in the trendy Shaw Centre. Your role will take responsibility for our Singapore office where you will bring your energy and passion for finance excellence to help us drive efficiency across our finance function.

In this role you can expect to

Key Accountabilities

• Full spectrum ofAP
• Assist in supporting month-end, prepare journal entries, reporting
• In charge full spectrum of AP (vendorinvoices posting, prepare PVand payment, AP Aging)
• Support AR function in invoice preparation, send invoice, AR Aging, prepare SOA, receipts posting etc.
• Process monthly staff claims
• Maintain FA listing and prepare balance sheet schedule
• Assist with interim and annual audit process
• Liaise with internal and external parties
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

All About You

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role
• Strong foundation in accounting principles with solid GST knowledge (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience in AP
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; comfortable handling manual process
• Detailed-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise urgent tasks
• Able to work in fast-paced environment and manage interactions with external parties
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over assigned tasks
