Job Description

We are looking to hire a " Finance Executive" for one of our clients.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Income Reconciliation
• Daily Sale Reporting
• Supplier Payments
• Passing financial details to Accounting Company
• Reconfirming accounting company records are done properly
• Monthly Budget/forecasting - expenses
• Passing payroll info to the accounting company
• Ensure all pdf / ETF / tax and all other statutory payments are done on time and records are maintained
• Ensure maintaining all files/ documentation/ agreements of all supplier's payments are done.
