About the Client:

Our Client is a leading managed services provider delivering innovative IT solutions. Their expertise includes IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, and custom software development. With a client-focused approach, our client empowers businesses worldwide to grow and adapt in a digital world.

Responsibilities:

• Generate customer invoices in QuickBooks & Odoo with accurate tax codes; monitor AR aging and coordinate with Sales for timely collections
• Reconcile vendor portals (Microsoft, Autodesk, cybersecurity vendors); release POs and validate supplier invoices against approvals
• Maintain AP aging and process payment runs; handle recurring operational expenses (rent, utilities, SaaS)
• Post daily transactions and reconcile bank accounts weekly; prepare month-end journals (accruals, prepayments, reclasses)
• Produce monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow reports; prepare and file VAT, WHT, and APIT on time
• Support external audits and IRD queries; maintain finance SOPs aligned to ISO 27001
• Coordinate with Sales on subscription renewals for proactive billing; work with Operations to confirm milestones and validate cost accruals

Requirements:

• Part-qualified CIMA/ACCA/CA or Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
• 1–3 years finance experience with strong QuickBooks & Odoo proficiency
• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data manipulation)
• Working knowledge of Sri Lankan tax compliance (VAT, WHT, APIT)
• Detail-oriented with high confidentiality standards
