The Position

Roche Diagnostics Belgium is looking for a Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) to join our finance team. Are you a highly motivated finance professional with a commercial mindset and a passion for healthcare?

The FEP acts as a key business partner, leveraging financial expertise and business understanding to drive strategic initiatives. The FEP builds networks across the organisation to share best practices and co-create solutions that deliver tangible value. The FEP acts as a trusted partner to business stakeholders and has close contact with customers, ensuring impact along the customer journey.

Your key responsibilities

  • Be a strategic business partner, using your finance knowledge to push projects forward.
  • Work with the business every step of the way, from customer journey to performance monitoring.
  • Participate in commercial strategies and support new business models.
  • Handle resource allocation and make sure financial targets are hit.
  • Support contract implementation and deal negotiations.
  • Boost the P&L, ensure deals are sustainable, and keep up with market trends.

Your background

  • At least 5 years of experience in finance roles (diagnostics or healthcare industry is a plus).
  • Proficient written and verbal communication in English, French or Dutch is a plus.
  • A university degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus.
