About Us
The Vermont Network Against Domestic and Sexual Violence is Vermont's leading voice working to end domestic and sexual violence. Founded in 1986, we are a statewide nonprofit membership organization that supports and coordinates a coalition of independent community-based programs serving survivors across Vermont.
Together with our member organizations, we work to ensure that survivors have access to compassionate advocacy, safety, and resources in every corner of the state.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Finance Director manages the finance operations of our organization. This role oversees financial systems, policies, and day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, grant requirements, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
The Finance Director will work closely with the leadership team, program managers, and finance team to maintain strong financial operations and ensure that resources are allocated in support of the organization’s mission.
If you have excellent accounting skills, expertise in grant compliance, and a strong connection to our mission, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
