Thispan-Europeanrole leads financial performance acrossour GrowthMarkets, partnering withsenior leadersto deliver the regional P&L,providecommercial insight and ensure strong financial governance.They willplay a key role in shaping strategic decisions across investment, pricing and performance management whilemaintainingalignment with Group finance standards.

Whatyou’lldo

• Lead financial performance across the EU(Growth Markets),partnering closely with regionalseniorleadersto deliver the P&L and drive profitable growth.

• Own the budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning processes for the region, ensuring disciplined, insight‑led financial plans that support strategic priorities.

• Provide forward‑looking analysis on performance,risksand opportunities, shaping commercial and strategic decision‑making across diverse markets.

• Identifyand execute actions that enhance revenue growth, strengthenmarginsand optimise cost performance across the region.

• Act as a trusted commercial partner to regional leadership teams, offering clear financial insight and constructive challenge to enable high‑quality decisions.

• Ensure robust financial controls,complianceand risk management acrossGrowthMarkets,maintaininga strong governance environment.

• Uphold the accuracy,integrityand consistency of financial reporting in line with Group policies,standardsand expectations.

• Oversee statutory, regulatory and audit requirements across multiplejurisdictions, ensuring full compliance andtimelydelivery.

• Lead and develop a multi‑country finance organisation, building capability,consistencyand accountability across the region.

• Build strong working relationships with Group Finance and Shared Services to ensure alignment,standardisationand seamless collaboration.

• Champion finance transformation and continuous improvement, driving better data quality, strongerinsightand more efficient, scalable processes.

Whatyou’llbring:

• Proven regional finance leadership experience, with strong P&L ownership, commercial financeexpertiseanda track recordof driving profitable growth across multiple markets.

• Deep understanding ofmulti‑countryregulatory, statutory and governance environments, with the ability tomaintainhigh standardsof compliance and financial control,p0referrablywithincontinentalEuropeancountries

• Strong commercial and strategic acumen, able to provideforward‑lookinginsight,identifyrisks and opportunities, and influencehigh‑qualitydecision‑making

• Advanced analytical capability, using data, modelling and insight to shape strategy, pricing,investmentand performance outcomes.

• Experience leading financial performance across diverse markets, partnering with senior leaders to deliver regional results and improve revenue,marginand cost efficiency.

• Credibility as a trusted business partner, able to challenge constructively,influence senior stakeholders and operate with independenceand sound judgement.
