Our client is a leading medical aesthetics and beauty clinic group that is seeking a qualified candidate to join their organization.


  • Review, reorganize, and optimize the organizational structure and functions of departments to ensure alignment with assigned responsibilities and operational objectives.

  • Participate in managing and monitoring the effective utilization of resources, including personnel, assets, medical supplies, medical equipment, and facilities.

  • Provide direct support to the Finance Director in coordinating and supervising activities related to Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, and Procurement functions.

  • Consolidate and analyze data while preparing periodic financial and management reports to support strategic decision-making.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure operational processes comply with internal policies and legal regulations within the healthcare industry.

  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and recommend solutions to improve financial efficiency and operational performance.

  • Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of systems and procedures related to finance, HR, and procurement operations.

  • Act as a liaison between the Finance Director and other departments, ensuring accurate and timely communication across the organization.

  • Support the handling of ad hoc tasks, urgent reports, and strategic projects assigned by the Finance Director.

  • Requirements


    Educational Background

    • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, Foreign Languages, International Relations, Commerce, or other related disciplines.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Honest, detail-oriented, meticulous, and capable of maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

    • Strong sense of responsibility, proactive mindset, and adaptability in the workplace.

    • Good analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and prepare management reports effectively.

    • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a positive and supportive attitude.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), effective use of email and social communication tools, and especially the application of AI tools in daily work operations.
