The annual base salary range for this position is $151,424.00 - $249,850.00. The Director serves as a key finance leader reporting directly to the CFO, overseeing financial management and strategic planning for a 348-licensed-bed community hospital with approximately $375M in annual net revenues. The role leads cross functional finance initiatives requiring coordination with Operations, Nursing, Revenue Cycle, Decision Support, Accounting, Information Services, and Health System Finance. The Finance Director will be responsible for providing strategic reporting and information to hospital and health system leadership by analyzing operational volumes, expense & service utilization, and the organization's competitive position in the marketplace. Additionally, the Director is responsible for budgeting processes, analyzing ongoing operations, measuring performance against peer hospitals, analyzing new services, contracting methodologies, cost accounting and decision support. Responsible for internal and external reporting of financial data and developing and training of the DSS team and providing guidance to Accounting staff. In addition to core Finance Director duties, the incumbent proactively assumes ownership of enterprise facing projects including health system integration work, expanded executive advisory scope, and transition of CFO delegated responsibilities
