Working Pattern: We operate a flexible hybrid working pattern at Frazer-Nash, with time split between the office, client sites and working from home.

Frazer-Nash Consultancy is looking for an experienced Finance Director to join our Senior Leadership Team and help shape the future of one of the UK's leading engineering and technology consultancies.
Reporting to the KBR CFO and Frazer-Nash Consultancy Managing Director, this is a key leadership role with responsibility extending far beyond traditional financial stewardship. As a trusted adviser to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team, you will play a central role in improving commercial performance, informing strategic decisions, supporting growth and ensuring long-term value creation.
You will provide forward-looking financial and commercial insight, helping the business navigate complexity, assess strategic opportunities and make informed decisions that balance growth, profitability and risk.
This role combines strategic leadership, commercial excellence and financial governance. You will partner closely with senior leaders across the business to improve performance, support transformation and help deliver our future growth plans as part of KBR.

We're seeking a commercially experienced and strategically minded finance leader who can work effectively with senior leaders across the organisation while maintaining sound financial discipline and governance.
You'll bring:
Experience within consulting, engineering, defence, nuclear, aerospace, infrastructure or other knowledge-intensive sectors would be beneficial, as would experience of M&A, integration activity or operating within a matrixed, multinational organisation.
Due to the nature of the work that Frazer-Nash Consultancy undertake, candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment screening and must be able to satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting.
