Job Description


Kawader for Recruitment is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Director to join a leading hospital in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Relevant professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred.

  • Extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning.

  • Previous experience within a hospital or healthcare organization is mandatory.

  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare financial operations and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
