The role

As the Finance Director, you will be working closely with the Chief Finance Officer and General Manager, and is crucial in driving profitability, managing complex multi-entity operations, and providing financial insights that support data-driven decision-making.

Your Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CFO and GM to shape and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive company profitability through effective financial planning, cost management, and investment analysis.
• Lead financial analysis, including forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and profitability evaluation across business units and product lines.
• Oversee financial operations across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with corporate goals.
• Build and manage high-performing accounting teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Track and manage company-wide, divisional, and project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports and statements, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Finance, or any related field.
• CPA, CMA is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience as a senior finance leader, preferably across multiple entities or businesses.
• Strong expertise in financial management within the manufacturing and retail sectors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to translate financial data into business growth opportunities.
• Proven success in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
