What you will be doing?

You will be a member of Business Reporting Solutions Team in Finance, Risk and Data Tribe. We are responsible for developing business intelligence (BI) solutions, which transform raw data from data warehouse in meaningful information, so business can get insights and make data driven decisions. As a tool for reporting and data visualisations, we use Webfocus platform. In collaboration with your team product owner, team leader and other team members, you will contribute to refinement of product backlog, analysis of data and development of new reports and dashboards.

You are the right person for the job if you are passionate about working with data and willing to give your input to improve the ways how banking processes and business performance are measured.

As business analyst you

support the delivery of new BI reports and dashboards in cooperation with your IT team members - i.e. preparing JIRA requirements according to the needs of the business, aligning with Baltic colleagues, designing the BI dashboard, and testing the data and functionality of the report/dashboard;

contribute to changes in existing reports and test the changes made;

contribute to developing, updating and testing data models in cooperation with IT team members;

communicate with stakeholders to align the business needs and definitions;

prepare instructions for using new and existing BI solutions and train colleagues.

Who we are looking for?

Person with strong analytical thinking who is able to work with large datasets;

Team player with good cooperation skills in an international team;

Person with good communication skills with both business and IT;

Person who is result driven, adapts quickly and has problem solving attitude;

Experience with some BI software (Webfocus, Qlick Sense, Tableau, Power BI);

Fluent English speaker.
