KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
Perform business analysis and interpretation of performance trends (internal and external) relating to the Retail business to faiclitate management decision making.
Prepare Retail business performance papers for discussion by the Country Management Exco, Assets & Liabilities Management Committee, Business Development meetings and other applicable management committees.
Prepare reports and insight on portfolio trends that includes but not limited to retail branch performance, customer performance, staff producitivity and product performance.
Quarterly tracking of the Retail business strategic intiatives.
Work with the Finance Manager - Business Performance & Analytics to embed data driven decision making in the retail productivity management process.
Support in the Finance Manager - Business Performance & Analytics in business performance analysis for the Corporate and Treasury business as may be required.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business segement profitability and trend tracking.
Stakeholder relationship as one stop center for all financial information for the retail business unit and other relevant stakeholders.
CHALLENGES:
Explaining to the respective departments how their actions affect the overall bank position especially where they believe as a unit, they have positive returns and ensuring the overall bank position is representative of individual contributions.
Obtaining information from relevant stakeholders to facilitate timely compilation and submission of reports.
