Were a tech consulting boutique based in Lisbon helping regulated and high-impact companies with IT solutions.

To keep our growth sustainable, were hiring a Finance Department Lead (Certified Accountant - TOC) to own and scale our financial operations.

What youll do

Lead and coordinate the finance & accounting department.

Manage accounting, fiscal compliance and treasury

Ensure payroll processing and HR-related financial operations.

Prepare financial reports, budgets and support decision-making with the leadership team.

Implement and improve processes for efficiency and compliance.

You have

Active registration as TOC / Certified Accountant

5+ years of experience in finance leadership roles.

Strong knowledge of accounting, tax, and payroll.

Ability to lead, organize, and deliver with precision.

Great communication skills and team spirit.
