About the Role

As Finance Data Systems Specialist, you serve as a strategic architect of ATB’s financial data ecosystem. Your mandate is to champion data integration and lineage stewardship—ensuring every financial transaction, from source capture to final reporting, moves with absolute integrity across interconnected systems. You are tasked with proactively hunting for systemic gaps, anticipating data and system vulnerabilities, automating workflows, and engineering preventative controls to ensure seamless data flow across ATB’s financial landscape.

At ATB, you will harmonize business motivations with technical execution, turning complex business requirements into reliable, automated system solutions. You will take full ownership of high-impact, data-intensive initiatives aligned with your domain, and play a central role in delivering key subledger projects—including upgrades, implementations, and support packs.

Process Optimization & Automation: Drive continuous improvement by identifying and executing opportunities to automate workflows - including but not limited to financial data collection, analysis, and reporting - maximizing operational efficiency and data reliability.

Solution Delivery & Stakeholder Alignment: Partner across business and technical teams to design, build, and deliver reliable solutions that fulfill ATB’s accounting and financial reporting requirements
