In this role, you will leverage data analytics, reporting tools, and automation solutions to improve business processes and support decision-making across the factory. You’ll make a difference by:
  • Driving Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop and automate financial and operational dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools to provide timely and actionable business insights.
  • Building Scalable Reporting Solutions: Design, standardize, and continuously improve reporting frameworks across Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Quality Control, Production, Order Management, and Engineering/Tender functions.
  • Optimizing End-to-End Business Processes: Analyze key business processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Production, and Inventory Management to identify improvement opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Leveraging Analytics & Automation: Apply data analytics, automation tools, and emerging AI capabilities to support forecasting, trend analysis, anomaly detection, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Managing Data Integration & Quality: Consolidate, validate, and manage data from SAP, Excel, and operational systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of business information.
  • Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams Partner with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical data-driven solutions.
  • Supporting Digital Transformation Initiatives: Contribute to automation projects and digitalization programs that improve reporting efficiency, data accessibility, and decision-making capabilities across the organization.

Your defining qualities:
  • Educational Foundation: You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Business Analytics Experience: You bring at least 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, controlling, reporting, or related analytical roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Manufacturing & Process Understanding: You possess knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or operational processes, with an interest in leveraging data to drive process improvements.
  • Business Intelligence Expertise: You are proficient in Power BI, advanced Excel, and SQL, with experience developing dashboards, reports, and automated reporting solutions.
  • Data Analytics & Programming Skills: You have experience using Python for data analysis, reporting automation, and business process improvement initiatives.
  • Digital Tools Knowledge: Experience with SAP, Power Apps, Power Automate, or other business intelligence and automation tools will be an advantage.
  • Analytical & Collaboration Mindset: You are a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
