About the Opportunity

Joining the team as a Finance Data & Analytics Partner, you will be a key architect in the company’s digital evolution, specifically driving the implementation of Oracle NetSuite and NSPB
.
You will be responsible for designing and managing high-impact Power BI dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making across financial, commercial, and operational domains

Key Responsibilities

• 
  A
  rchitecture & Design
  :
  Partner with Group Tech to design end-to-end Power BI architecture, integrating NSPB, operational systems (like Cargowise), and Excel
  .

• 
  Dashboard Development
  :
  Translate complex business needs into intuitive visual insights for Group management, Finance, and Operations (40% time allocation)
  .

• 
  Data Integrity
  :
  Investigate data discrepancies and reconcile Power BI outputs against source systems to ensure 100% reporting accuracy
  .

• 
  Business Partnering
  :
  Engage with regional stakeholders to define reporting requirements and manage the pipeline of analytics demand
  .

• 
  Governance
  :
  Define and maintain workspace structures, dataset governance, and access controls to ensure data security and compliance
  .

• 
  Support & Training
  :
  Provide ongoing user support and training to enhance data literacy across the organization
  .

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• 
  8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Finance Analytics
  .

• 
  Advanced proficiency in
  Power BI
  (DAX, Power Query, and sophisticated data modeling)
  .

• 
  Strong knowledge of financial reporting structures, KPIs, and multi-source data environments
  .

• 
  Experience with
  NetSuite
  and
  NSPB
  is highly preferred; experience with
  Cargowise
  is a significant plus
  .

• 
  Degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Data Sciences, or a related field
  .
