About The Role:


The Data and Reporting Analyst is responsible for transforming raw data withing the Finance Systems ecosystem into actionable insights and comprehensive reports that drive key business decisions. This position requires a deep understanding of data analysis techniques, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to communicate complex findings to stakeholders across various departments. The primary function of the Data and Reporting Analyst will be to support the delivery and incremental optimisation of a key strategic project – implementing a Corporate Data Store and Group-wide Reporting Hub.
The full-time position is offered on a fixed-term basis for an initial 12-month term with the option to extend for a further 12 months.


In addition, you may be responsible for:

  • Design and develop insightful reports and dashboards using PowerBI and Snowflake to visualize data trends and performance metrics

  • Build and optimize data pipelines to ensure efficient data extraction, loading and transformation (ELT) processes using dbt

  • Within the Cloud data environment, clean and transform raw data into well defined, documented data tables for scalable extraction, reporting and analysis

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple databases and systems; develop data cleansing and validation processes as needed

  • Collaborate with IT and Business stakeholders of all levels to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights that contribute to strategic decision-making

  • Drive relevant data driven activities (as directed) to implement strategic initiatives

  • Continuously improve reporting processes and methodologies within Finance System remit to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

About you:


You will have:

  • Available for minimum 12-months from 1-Jul 2026 to 20-Jun 2027

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, with a focus on data manipulation and reporting

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python) for data analysis and manipulation

In addition, highly desirable if you have:

  • Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, PowerBI, AWS Products (Glue, Athena) or similar

  • Experience with Workday ERP, Workday Prism Analytics, CaptivateIQ (Bonus and Commission system), Emburse (Invoice and Expense system) or similar
