Job Description

Evri Group is the UK’s premier parcel delivery business, uniting four distinct brands—Evri, Evri Premium, a network of DHL, UK Mail and Irish e-commerce specialist Coll-8—to deliver more than 1 billion parcels and letters annually across the UK and to over 200 global destinations. With 12,000 colleagues, 30,000 couriers and drivers, 8,000 vehicles, and a nationwide network of hubs, depots and fulfilment centres, we combine over 50 years of expertise with the scale and flexibility to support everyone from casual senders to SMEs and major retailers. Driven by our friendly, ambitious and diverse people, we are passionate about delivering exceptional service and offer exciting opportunities across the Evri Group.

We're looking for a proactive and accountable Revenue Protection Officer to join our Revenue Protection Team. This is a highly visible operational role, responsible for ensuring our parcel weighing and dimensioning equipment is operating effectively across key hub locations, protecting revenue and supporting operational performance.

You'll work closely with operational teams, suppliers, contractors and senior stakeholders to maintain compliance, identify issues, drive improvements and help implement new revenue protection technologies across the business.

What you'll do

As a Revenue Protection Officer, you'll play a key role in protecting Evri's revenue streams by ensuring revenue protection processes and equipment are operating effectively across our hub network.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor the performance and operational health of parcel weighing and dimensioning systems across Rugby Hub, National Returns Centre and other operational sites as required.
  • Investigate equipment issues and data anomalies, ensuring faults are identified and resolved quickly to minimise operational disruption and revenue loss.
  • Carry out operational audits and compliance checks to ensure revenue protection processes are being followed.
  • Analyse performance data, identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and deliver presentations and reports that communicate findings and performance metrics to operational and senior stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with operations teams, contractors and suppliers to improve equipment performance and process compliance.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of new revenue protection technology and equipment across the network.
  • Influence behaviours and drive operational accountability to ensure processes are consistently followed.
  • Provide support across additional hub locations and peak operational sites when required.

What we're looking for

  • Experience gained within a warehouse, logistics, distribution or operational environment.
  • Understanding of warehouse processes, sortation operations or parcel handling environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience producing reports, analysing data and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive and accountable mindset, taking ownership of issues through to resolution.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and flexibility to travel between operational sites.

Desirable experience

  • Previous experience in revenue protection, profit protection, audit, compliance or operational performance roles.
  • Experience working with warehouse systems, automated equipment or sortation technology.
  • Knowledge of parcel carrier, logistics or distribution operations.
  • Experience acting as a subject matter expert within an operational environment.
