Job Description

Finance Coordinator (6 months renewable)

Location: Tanjong Pagar

Salary Range: Up to $4,000

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Involve in Oracle data migration process, such as support accurate and timely data entry, data
  • verification during system migration etc.
  • Assist in verifying and creating new vendor code and new customer code in the system.
  • Support closing activities for Singapore entities, including intercompany invoice matching.
  • Perform bank reconciliation for Vietnam dormant entity.
  • Expense claims validation and processing.
  • Any duties assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or Bachelor of Accountancy
  • At least 1 year work experience in a Finance / an Accounting team
  • Experience with any ERP systems is good
  • Familiar with Excel spreadsheet
  • Responsible, meticulous, analytical and proactive
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team with minimum supervision
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
