About the role:

To assist Finance Hub manager to secure accurate, reliable and compliant bookkeeping and Financial Reporting.

What you will be doing:

Position tasks include but not limited to

• Analyze financial performance and support budgeting and target-setting process.
• Identify and resolve financial discrepancies and errors.
• Act as Finance Business Partner for local customer management and support.
• Serve as a point of contact for Service Owners regarding data collection, analysis, and clarification.
• Contribute to local and global GBS and customer projects.
• Provide backup and support for Hub Manager and Accountant responsibilities.

Required experience and skills:

Mandatory requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) are preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant financial regional management experience, with proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination; familiarity with the accounting of overseas entities in Northeast Asia is highly preferred. Experience in maritime industry is a plus.
• Strong ability to analyze financial performance, identify discrepancies. Proficient in Excel/Power BI for financial data analysis, reporting, and related work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to act as a Finance Business Partner and effectively coordinate with stakeholders (other Service Owners, customers, etc.)
• Familiar with financial regulations and standards, with high attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good command of both written and spoken English, able to work effectively in a multicultural environment; proficiency in Japanese and/or Korean is highly preferred.
