A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As a Financial Controllerat MKS- Atotech, you will partner with the Sales, Customers Support, North & South EU Finance team and Finance Shared Service Center to proactively support the team in Italy, Lainate (hybrid mode). In this role, you will report to the Head of Finance for North & South Europe based in Netherlands.

You Will Make an Impact By:

• Deliver high-quality reporting and analysis of business performance with variance analysis between Actual, Budget, Forecast with business reasons for variances.

• Be first point of contact to Shared Service Centre (SSC) Poznan, Poland for financial accounting/General Ledger, treasury, AP/ AR topics and co-ordinate with local / SSC teams appropriate issue resolution actions for MKS/Atotech monthly group accounting & reporting requirements.

• Support implementation and roll out of efficient & harmonized standard process and accounting policy rules in liaison with SSC Poznan and promote a “One Finance Team” culture.

• Responsible for the preparation and on-time delivery of annual statutory accounting & reporting requirements of MKS/Atotech Italy and external audit liaison.

• Prepare monthly closing reporting, budgeting, forecasting and business planning process, tax deliverables & statutory reporting as required by the finance group.

• Support implementation & maintenance of risk management procedures in liaison with Group Internal Audit (SoX Team) and SSC and ensure compliance and execution with zero deficiencies.

• Understand, respect and apply MKS/Atotech compliance rules (Code of Conduct, Business Integrity Guide, Atotech’s Ethical Commitment).

Skills You Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or related field

• CPA certification preferred or equivalent

• Solid experience working with SAP finance modules, HFM & MS Excel

• Good knowledge and experience of Italian Fiscal Law

• 10+ years of similar experience

• Fluency in Italian & English languages
