What you’ll do:
1 – Analysis of the company's operational and financial performance:
- Identify gaps between results and forecasts
- Advise on and take corrective measures if there are gaps
- Adapt the analytical structure to the activity
- Analyze and monitor margins
2 - Adherence to the Group's internal control system
- Follow control procedures
- Meet deadlines
- Prepare reconciliations for certain balance sheet items
3 – Continuous improvement, participation in occasional projects, processes:
- Develop and adapt management tools (dashboards, indicators, etc.)
- Participate in occasional projects such as tool changes, etc.
- Update or create procedures and operating methods for the service
- With team members, identify areas for improvement and define a plan to implement actions
- Conduct occasional analyses related to processes and resolve bottlenecks
What you’ll need:
Experience in gestion control, ideally in the industy
Great team spirit, collaborative mindset
Fluent English (spoken and written) to communicate with European Teams
Proactive, and full of ideas.
