Molex is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and experienced Finance Controller to support our RF business unit manufacturing facilities located in Tamshui and Sanchung (Taiwan). This role will report directly to our Director of Finance and serve as the Finance Business Partner for both Taiwan manufacturing sites. The Business Partner will be part of the Taiwan plant leadership team and play an influential role with driving value creation by assisting plant operations with financial and economic analysis. The scope of the role is highly visible within the RF business unit requiring the ability to work independently and take initiative. The successful candidate will be viewed as a strategic business partner with proactive insights about business conditions, operations, cost, and their impact on performance.
This role may be located in Tamshui or Sanchung (Taiwan)
