Position: Finance Controller

We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. As a Finance Controller, you will play a crucial role in the financial success of the company by providing strategic insights and recommendations to the senior management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company's financial stability
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior management for decision making
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare and present financial reports to the senior management team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with overall business objectives
- Manage and develop a team of finance professionals
- Identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or CMA certification is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
